[The face when my sketches look better than my actual finished drawings]

I feel that, you aren't alone lol. I always feel awesome about my sketches but then feel like something happens in the inking or coloring process that just takes away from the magic, I suppose. Maybe it is the time you put into the sketch? I put a lot of time and effort into sketches and feel the same way.

Regardless, this looks really nice for a sketch and is full of personality. I really like the way you did her face and hair, most of all. Its quite the pretty style.

I think what I need to do to improve my final pieces is to take inspiration from the sketches I do, see why they look appealing to me, and how I can transfer this into the lineart.
I recomand you to check out the Lineart version of this sketch, I feel like I'm improving a bit :)
